What is your return policy?Updated 2 months ago

If you are the original purchaser of a Happiest Baby product (with the exception of digital products, which are not eligible for return) and you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund. (Products other than SNOO, which has a 30-day trial, must be returned in original condition.) You can initiate a return in your account or through the returns center

All products must be returned within the original packaging.

When shipping for return, it’s very important to carefully pack your SNOO in the original box + inserts to better protect the product from damage during transport (do not include the SNOO Sacks, sheet, mattress, and printed materials—they are yours to keep).

Return standard shipping is FREE when it is sent back within 30 days of delivery. A “Digital Product” means a product that is available through downloading or via streaming.

The carrier must scan all returns within 10 days of requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The refund will be canceled if the return is not postmarked within 10 days of the RMA request.

All products purchased as a bundle are subject to the same trial and warranty periods as products sold individually. Some bundles offer discounted pricing with the purchase of two or more specified products. To receive a full refund on a bundle, you must return all items within the bundle. Any discounted bundle items that are not returned will convert into a full price purchase upon return, and we will deduct the full price value of each individual product that is not returned from your refund. We do not offer direct exchanges of bundled products. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
